"I'm happy with the carpet I chose and the work that was done. Most companies have you split payments where the final payment is after the work is completed. This company has you do the final payment BEFORE they start the work. I was uncomfortable with this but it's in the contract you sign. They do guarantee their work so that's why I agreed. The agent who came to the house was patient with my decision process and I appreciated that.
