We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. "I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

We had trouble getting someone to come out and give us an estimate because most thought of it as a "small job". Not Marius...came right out and gave us a great price. When the carpet was removed, they found too much damaged wood and dark wood plugs, so reworked our quote and they put new wood flooring in. The work is impeccable! Marius' team is respectful and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Marius and his team for ANY flooring needs!"

"Lance spent two hours nailing and screwing the subfloor in one bedroom to remove severe squeaks. He was only able to resolve part of the problem when he concluded the rest of the carpeted area squeaks were from under the laminate flooring outside the bedroom. Unfortunately, he does not work with repairing/removing laminate. So, although I give him kudos for his efforts, be careful what your needs are and verify he can help. Now, I have to find someone else who can continue to repair the squeaks under carpet and laminate."

"Yes, truly is dust free but the experience of working with them is even better than how clean they are. Everything working with Jerry went exactly as one should be able to expect from this class of professional service provider. However, he was the only one out of several top Angie's List rated companies that not only showed up on time to provide a quote but explained how he would handle the job from start to finish. The other guys really didn't want to tear out and haul away the carpet or even provide a selection of trim and flooring from which to choose. They gave a list of several stores to order the materials from with the amount of materials required. They also were going to cap the stairs instead of removing the treads if they found they weren't already oak underneath. However Jerry's quote was almost the same price but he would handle everything. Ultimately it turned out to be cheaper as once the carpet was removed it was discovered the stairs were oak and in good enough condition to easily refinish. Everything went swimmingly and our floors are absolutely stunning. High points: - I didn't have to lift a finger. (one would think that's normal since I'm the customer and not the flooring company, but apparently the other companies felt that wasn't the case.) - Arrived on time to provide quote. Quote itemized with exact cost. Explained that only if the subfloor turned out to be problematic could the cost change and we would be made aware. - Provided complete catalog to select everything from. Helped with selection by showing examples of designs and sizes in similar layouts. - Arrived on the start date when he said they would and finished the day he said they would too. - Clean, clean, clean. Exceptionally clean - Floors are absolutely gorgeous and meticulously installed. - Custom banister and newell work looks beautiful and rock solid. - Honest, called to let me know I saved money when he pulled the carpet up on the stairs to discover they were in good shape. The quote had included replacement. - Hauled all the carpet and trash away. Would absolutely use again and plan to for the remaining rooms."
