"I had all my floors repaired and flooring installed. Makki Carpet and Flooring did everything as promised in 1 day and I couldn't be happier. My floors are beautiful. Ali supervised the whole project and was very professional and i will recommend him to everyone.."

"Excellent!! Mr. Lee was professional and courteous and provided exceptional service in the time frame he promised. He rescued us from a mistake we made by first using Empire Carpets. Empire gave us excuse after excuse of cancellations and were unable to deliver carpet prior to furniture delivery. Mr. Lee made sure carpet was installed prior to our furniture delivery with only a short period of time to work with saving us a lot of aggravation. We were so pleased we recently used him again to install carpet in our living room and were extremely happy yet again especially with his recommendation to roll the edges for our unique hardwood floor transition, we are so glad we went with his suggestion. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Mr. Lee and carpet Guys USA we will definitely use his services again and will gladly recommend his business to family and friends."

"This is the most dependable supplier in Middletown and the surrounding area. I have been using them for years and what they say they will do THEY WILL DO. Forget the big boxes... there is NO comparison. At completion, the job site was spotless. Well trained and experienced installers and sales people. Great selection, wonderful and caring customer service access to virtually all flooring and carpet. Highly recommended and great, honest people. I have known Denise for 30 something years. And they ALWAYS answer the phone. One small issue (not their fault) was resolved in 2 days. Job is perfect and beautiful."
