"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Went fairly smoothly and finished in 7 days. This was 2 days longer than expected due to the difficulty in removing the tile. However they came on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job. On the last day, the foreman complained about his workers not stepping up to help finish the job, but the job got done and the floor looks great.

"We had a great experience with Floors Direct. Joel was wonderful and brought samples to our home. I didn't want to be overwhelmed with a showroom and the samples he brought were exactly what I was looking for. Gabe took the lead on the installation and they got it done in 1 day even though they had to go pick up the product and were stuck in traffic. The finished job looks great.
