"One guy was nice and easy to work with. They didn't take care to watch where they were stepping or where materials were going. I had to ask them at one point to put something down to protect  my carpets. I didn't think they did a good job with the grout. It was darker in some places and lighter in others. They messed up some of the quarter round in my bathroom as well."

"Rug Ratz arrived and immediately got to work cleaning the carpets. It was done very well and in a timely matter. Price was very competitive. Provided me with receipt to submit to property manager. I would highly recommend Rug Ratz to anyone and will use them again when necessary."

"Great work! They were also very careful to minimize the fumes in the house. One year later-- the tub still looks like new. All went according to estimate and schedule; a fraction of what I would pay to replace the bathtub."

"Excellent Work!!! He got the Job Done… will Definitely use him again.."

"Great experience from getting the quote to a finished floor. The crew was skilled and ensured that my they picked up after themselves each day. I would highly recommend."

"It went well. The company and owner have a Great work ethic and follow through."
