"They were as always professional, on time, took very good care of the furniture they needed to move. They replaced any base boards that needed replacing. Their clean up practices were excellent, and I am very particular. They found a leak in  our new refrigerator that we were not aware of and therefore all kitchen and laundry room flooring had to be replaced. We were very lucky to have found this when they did flooring was not part of the plan. But it was very extensive damage covered by company we purchased refrigerator from. Very thankful for their great service.

"I wanted my oversized tub removed and to install a larger walk in shower . Luis and his team came and immediate began working on demolishing the bathroom. Everyday they cleaned up behind themselves and was patient with me to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had . They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Also Tom who is the Contract Manager also work with me even when I made the mistake .. I would recommend Luis and Tom for all your Bathroom Renovations !!! Very pleased customer !!"

"The salesman did not exam the floors to tell us that the product we would like could not be installed without some subfloor prep. The ran my spouse's credit but when the credit card came in it had my name and her social security number. When we attempted to call the salesman after the installer said we could not have the product we had decided on, he did not return our calls."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Got on Angi's: Wanted Glass Shower Door Unit installed on Tub. 20 minutes after submitted for help - Matt texted and ask when good time to stop by. I Said in morning, anytime after 9 am. I called Matt next morning, about 9 am - we talked and Matt said could be over in 15-20 minutes (and he was). Matt noticed: Tub had lean. Long story short: More we tore into things, the worse it got !! With Matt's advice (and his co-worker Brad) - ended up: removed Cast Iron Tub, reinforced sidewall studs & base plate, reinsulated, replaced subfloor & interior walls around tub. THEN: Installed new tub & surround. Of course, existing water lines had to be relocated !! Numerous small hurdles came up (during all this). Been hard not to lose patience. Matt & Brad never got upset, were never negative. They'd figure situations out, share info with me & share what they planned to do - to fix it. Not once, did Matt or Brad not include me, regarding any significant repair needing done. Not once, did Matt or Brad complain. After new shower & tub installed - they were finally able to install Glass Shower Door Unit !! Did a wonderful job !! Brad even reinstalled Laminate Flooring that had to be torn up (when replaced subflooring). Matt's work was detailed & proper. He not a "Corner Cutter" - yet, he knows how to do things (that save you money). Matt talked with me about work to be done: before, during & after. We also talked about money: before, during & after. There were no suprises. Matt and Brad are true to their word. Bottom Line: If need help on project in future: Matt will be my 1st call. And I hope Brad still working with him. Good Team !!"

"I will try to keep this short and pithy.  At the end of the day we got a good quality door/product. However to get there was a very frustrating process.  We ordered the doors and we had to follow up a couple times even when we were told that we would be contacted as soon as the doors came in.  Then finally they came to install and Mark said it would be a few hours and then done.  Well not quite.  When the installer came to install the main door there was a screen door we also ordered so we asked about that and of course he knew nothing about that.  So only the main door was installed and the other door wasn't until the next day.  Then we noticed there was a part of the trim which was missing after installation at the bottom of the door on the inside (so we could just see into the floor a little bit). So we called and made an appointment for Mark to come out to fix. So I stayed home from work (the appointment was at 9:00).   At 9:15 nothing so I tried calling Legacy and no answer. I waited
a little longer, still nothing.  So at 9:45 I left a very direct message since I was very frustrated at that point and Mark never returned my call. I called again about 10:45 very upset and he answered so he basically ignored my initial voicemail.  When I told him that I stayed home from work for our appointment, his first reaction was that an appointment wasn't made to which I said yes absolutely it was and that it needed to be fixed that day (since it had been well over a week since the doors were installed).  When he arrived he did admit that yes indeed an appointment was made. He came and looked at it and of course said yes they missed a part then he went to a store to buy the part and came and took 5 minutes to install and then finally the process was done.
All Legacy employees/contractors I met with were very nice and good to work with it was just Mark's communication which was our issue. Maybe he was just having a bad few weeks or perhaps the fact that we are fairly young homeowners he thought he could take advantage of us, we don?t know.  I do know that we didn't enjoy dealing with him after we made the order (of course during the sales process he was fine).
I would not say I wouldn't use them again since at the end of the day we got a good product which is obviously most important.  I would, however,  get some quotes with a couple other companies as well and if we did use Legacy again we would make sure up front to let him know our expectations and I would recommend anybody else who uses him after reading this review do the same.

"David and 1 of his workers were kind enough to come to my home to fix my sliding door so it would slide on a Sunday morning. They were back to replace the door on Monday. They were on time, efficient and even replaced the wood facing because the new door didn't fit exactly the same as the old door. I will definitely have them do my next job which hopefully won't be an emergency like the first job. While they were here, I also asked them to hang my Christmas lights and fix my flag stone path. They were efficient and affordable. I highly recommend them."

"The man who came, cleaned out the back of the refrigerator. He was even kind enough to let me clean the floor when he moved the refrigerator out. When he got done, my refrigerator purred. He was wonderful. I also liked the fact that I sent in my request online on a Sunday and my refrigerator was fixed before noon on Monday. My first call with this company and I am very very pleased."
