They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "I had requested an inspection at a home I was purchasing. I was given a price of $200 for the inspection. After the inspection I get a call telling me about their findings, but was told they did not test the upstairs of the house because that would be another $200. I was never told $200 was only for one floor and they never asked me anything about the house with the exception of the address and how to get into the home for testing. I could not say much at that point because my inspection period was ending on the house I was trying to purchase. Not a great experience on my end."
