Mike was able to remove the old carpet and tile, install new oak flooring and then perfectly match everything with a new stain making my first floor look seamless. It looks as though 1 floor was installed at the same time and looks absolutely fabulous. Also, I was very worried about the dust, but it turned out to be minimal.
