"Robert knew we were moving in to our new home soon and he was able to fit a 12-day job into a 10-day window (a hole in his schedule he really didn't have). On top of the flooring job, he replaced a tub with a step-in shower and tiled the bathroom floor. He's a superman!"

"The guys working in the house where great to work with. They did a great job putting the new floor. The bathroom looks fabulous. There was some miscommunication on certain things but overall when I update some more parts of the house I will use them."

"Nathan and his team of installers did a wonderfull job installing carpet. I was deligted that they could do the job on short notice and also to do the job in Sun Valley. I would recommend Nw flooring for future clients, Sincerely, Sean Santa"

"Jon discussed our project, products he uses, his process, and that he would leave my home clean every night and amazing floors when he was done. I felt very comfortable believing that is what he would do. Jon (and his wife) and Drew blew me away. First the came in and sanded an area and put several color samples so we could see exactly what it would like on OUR wood in OUR house. They worked long hours, spending extra time every night cleaning up. We ended up replacing carpet with hardwood in both our dining room in addition to refinishing the kitchen and living room area. Most impressive of all is that we did a herringbone pattern in our dining room. Every time I see it, I smile. Our whole family absolutely loved working with them even more than we love our floors. Believe me, we LOVE our floors. Their attention to detail, work ethic, clean work, and final product have been absolutely amazing."

"This floor looks amazing! This isn't something that I've seen anyone else in the valley do and I absolutely love it. They guys were so easy to work with and I have a great product for the price. Couldn't be happier."

"Jon is very professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job with our floors, it looks like we just got a brand new floor installed. I am very happy with the finished product!!!"

"The man who came, cleaned out the back of the refrigerator. He was even kind enough to let me clean the floor when he moved the refrigerator out. When he got done, my refrigerator purred. He was wonderful. I also liked the fact that I sent in my request online on a Sunday and my refrigerator was fixed before noon on Monday. My first call with this company and I am very very pleased."
