"Needed basement carpet re-glued. Did a fantastic job efficiently."

"Ken was fantastic to work with. He arrived on time, delivered exceptional craftsmanship, and his professionalism exceeded my expectations. He removed the old carpet, installed my luxury vinyl plank flooring flawlessly, cleaned up thoroughly, and even hauled away the carpet. My home was spotless when he finished. If you need any flooring work done, I highly recommend Ken. I’ve already hired him again for another In June."

"The choice of floors was excellent. The The salespeople were very informative and patient. The installers did expert work. The office people were helpful. Every one of these people were pleasant. We are completely satisfied."

"I needed to get new floors in my home and I could not be happier with the work Naim and his crew did when installing my new flooring. Naim and his crew were prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly and carefully removed furniture from each room and got to work immediately. I greatly appreciated how hard each of them worked to get this job finished to my expectations. Even when the job went longer than expected, Naim and his crew continued working late into the day in order to finish the job to my liking. I am so impressed with the work Naim and his crew did for me, I will request for Naim and his crew come back for additional flooring I have planned in the future. I would strongly recommend Naim and his crew for any flooring project you have planned. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail is unquestionable and I could not be happier with the final results."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"Our sales rep came to our house with samples. She was helpful and honest. Carpet was installed a few days later. We are very satisfied."

"Joseph Schei of Advanced Flooring Design gave us a very fair price for the installation of oak hardwood flooring in our home. He also installed vinyl plank flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. All floors were done at the same time and it took him approximately 12 days which included removal of old floors, moving of all furniture and appliances, and installation of new floors. Joseph is very knowledgeable and professional and we were very thankful for all the great advice he gave us along the way. This was a big job, and he made it happen! We love our new floors and we know we will love having them for many, many years to come. Thank you, Joseph, for all of your hard work, integrity, and all around great character! We have enjoyed working with you and getting to know you. We can't recommend you enough! A+ and 5 Stars from us!"

Also made sure I was clear on my options and the work that was being done. They are also very reasonable on the prices of their work. I would highly recommend Alpha Custom flooring for any tile or flooring needs."
