So I went to Charlie at Bella Casa Floors, which is next door to my job, and told him I needed a new floor installed. Two weeks later his workers came and installed the floor. They did a great job and It looks absolutely beautiful. My neighbor came in to see the floor and the first thing he said was *Wow!*. He loved it. All my co workers loved the pictures I showed them also. If anyone needs a new floor come and see Charlie. He is a great guy and will help you out."

They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the cost of our project and time frame. We did have a few issues that popped up, as they usually do, that were not related to the refinishing of the floors. The largest was we needed to have molding replaced all around the woodwork that was not part of the initial project. Rich was able to handle that additional work as well. The job was done with care and precision. In addition, his workers left my home clean and took special care to prevent dust from going throughout the house. "I did re-finishing and repair of my old wood floor. They also stain floor molding for me, and rail, and did nice saddles-transition between different floor. But they did not do shoe molding for me, also recommended to me. My question is if you do floor refinishing, why don't you do shoe molding also to provide full service regarding the floors to the customer?"
