He has also replaced outside doors that were broken and had to be adjusted and pieced in to level the houses settling condition. He is truly very smart and deals with all types of issues that to me seem impossible to complete without costing thousands of dollars but to my astonishment he has done the work within my means and a moderate amount of cost to me. I cannot reiterate enough how I would highly recommend him for any repairs or remodeling that is needed. I plan in the very near future to hire him for some much needed work inside and outside my home."

"Mark responded quickly and was able to.wuickly schedule me in. His price was extremely fair and was almost half what another installer wanted. He dudnt rush and it took him far longer than he may have thought it would due to little issues that kept cropping up. He never once complained or asked for more money. He even went and got me a new toilet when It was obvious to me I'd need a new one. He came back a few days later to finish up some caulking around the tub too as it was not dry enough to caulk when he was here. He refused to even take gas money for the followup. He is far and away the most professional and skilled installer I've had in. I will be booking him again shortly for another room. His pricing makes it a no Brainerd to get done"

"Project - Complete the work of replace siding and windows from a job previous contractor left half way. They are extremely professional, friendly and reliable. They delivered everything and more they promised on time. We were remote. They kept us informed every step of the job. We had a very fussy tenant in the property. The crew had to go in to the house. We were concerned how it will work. The tenant was very happy with the work they did and how they cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend them. We will ask them to come back and do our decks once the weather gets better."

Granite state installed new vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and laundry room, pre finished wood in the living room and hallway and a water proof Laminate for the basement.
