"It was a rough start because the sales person was not informative with what we needed to do and what the floor installers were going to do, ie, baseboards, subfloors, etc. They only install flooring. Its our responsibility to have a carpenter to do the baseboards and subfloor, but we didnt know that because it wasn't discussed by thecsales person at all until the morning the installers arrived and tore up the carpeting. Everything was put on hold for a week until we found a carpenter to do the subfloor. Once the subfloor was down and the installers came back, the flooring went very well. They were done with both rooms in less than 3 hours. They cleaned up and put all the furniture back. The installer even came back later in the evening and changed the quarter-round on one wall for us. Overall, we are very happy with the flooring now that its finally down!"

Then "tragedy" struck, and part of the kitchen floor was ruined when the new water line to the refrigerator leaked. After advising us to wait several months for the sub-floor to dry out, Jim came out again and repaired the kitchen floor.
