"The carpeting is beautiful and well made. The customer service was better than we had experienced with other retailers which is one of the reasons we chose Mr. Carpet. Other reasons included the price and the many options available. The Sales Associates have vast knowledge of the industry which is why our house is more beautiful than ever thanks to Mr. Carpet."

"I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours. It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"A Step Ahead was prompt with their communication, offered a reasonable quote to refinish hardwood floors. When we ripped up the rest of the carpet and realized we only had 1/3 of the room with salvageable floors, they quickly gave us another reasonable quote for a new floor install. They did a very high quality job and cleaned up well after."
