"We hired Mike Osan on August 24th. He came out the following week and removed the old flooring on the 1st floor. He packed everything in manageable bundles for removal. He cleaned everything, to leave ready for the following week to install new laminated flooring. He started work as promised at 9 am and would finish by 5 pm. He was meticulous in his work. He would clean after his day, leaving the area clean. The work is done promptly. We were extremely pleased with his work ethic. We have a project for the stairs next year.
