"I had all my floors repaired and flooring installed. Makki Carpet and Flooring did everything as promised in 1 day and I couldn't be happier. My floors are beautiful. Ali supervised the whole project and was very professional and i will recommend him to everyone.."

"Excellent!! Mr. Lee was professional and courteous and provided exceptional service in the time frame he promised. He rescued us from a mistake we made by first using Empire Carpets. Empire gave us excuse after excuse of cancellations and were unable to deliver carpet prior to furniture delivery. Mr. Lee made sure carpet was installed prior to our furniture delivery with only a short period of time to work with saving us a lot of aggravation. We were so pleased we recently used him again to install carpet in our living room and were extremely happy yet again especially with his recommendation to roll the edges for our unique hardwood floor transition, we are so glad we went with his suggestion. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Mr. Lee and carpet Guys USA we will definitely use his services again and will gladly recommend his business to family and friends."

"Excellent refinish & installed wall to wall carpeting in 2 rooms plus stairwells"

"From the moment we walked into their showroom we knew we had come to the right place. We had a septic backup in our finished basement which destroyed carpeting and a floating floor. After spending some time with the owner and learning about different products we decided on Luxury Vinyl Flooring and we could not be happier! His knowledge and guidance proved to be the right decision. The install was in a timely manner with highly qualified installers. The new carpet on the high traffic steps are perfect. Thank you so much for rescuing our home!"

"Jeff did an amazing job on our pine floors. He is very professional and it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work. He is very diligent and will not stop until he gets the best results possible. He restored our pine floors so that they look like brand new floors. His fee is very fair. I highly recommend him without reservations. We plan to hire him for additional jobs."

"We had our hardwood floor sanded and refinished by Unique Hardwood Flooring LLC. They did an outstanding job. Very pleased!"

"I hired Aurelio to refinish my old oak stairs, carpeted at the time. After removing the carpet, we realized installing new stairs would have been the "better" option, but my budget didn't go in that direction. Aurelio and his team did their best to repair the damage and refinish the stairs. Aurelio suggested adding molding and 3/4 rounds to hide the places that couldn't be fixed, and that was a great idea. I'm sure when the project is finished (I'm having a painter paint the front faces of the stairs white), I'll be happy with the results, but I wish I had known a few things before hiring: 1) That the "material" (which wasn't included in the quote) would be grossly overpriced (I paid $1,200 for the carpet removal, repairs, sanding, staining and poly-coating, and $550 for material) 2) That the workers wouldn't wear shoe covers to keep my existing wood floors clean 3) That some wholes wouldn't be filled 4) That vertical surfaces of the stairs wouldn't be touched/fixed 4) And last but not least: That I would have NO SAY in the finish color. I wasn't shown a sample, given a color name, or called on site before the stairs were completely stained (and impossible to re-stain, I was told). The final color is about four levels lighter than my original wood floor (and the rest of my house). I understand you cannot match colors exactly, but the difference in tone and level is very noticeable. My "new" stairs are a light-ish pine-like color; my existing floors are between American Oak and Gunstock. As Aurelio puts it "When there are no lights on, you don't notice the color difference". I'm giving the company a B for the hard work done. But I learned my lesson."

"These guys saved my project , I thought this old basement bathroom would never have a level floor . They not only leveled it , but they made it the bathroom of our dreams . Sergio responded to any questions and travelled all over the place searching for the proper tile . So respectful and professional. A+"

"I am so happy with my floors. Marcin and his coworker spent 3 days removing carpeting, sanding, and beautifully finishing our white oak flooring. The floors look brand new and we couldn’t be happier. They were meticulous and clean. Marcin is a true craftsman. Beautiful job guys! Thank you."

"Angel does excellent work. He waxed my wide board pine flooring. He is pleasant to work with, reliable and his pricing is fair."
