"The owner Kenny was the actual person to come out and do our estimate. He was honest, professional and courteous. It was refreshing compared to the other salesman that gave us estimates. One of our bedroom carpets had wrinkles in it and was slightly stained. He told us not to waste our money; he stretched it and cleaned it. He also installed a new carpet in another bedroom and a set of stairs-they both came out absolutely fantastic!! He worked on the price with us and even helped by referring us to another company we needed for other work. It was a pleasure to work with him and his company; we highly recommend him to anyone looking for any flooring needs."

They did an impeccable job and as a first time home buyer, Ishmael was able to calm our nerves and give us the confidence that we were making the right choices. He stripped all the old carpeting and laminate in the kitchen and was able to fix rotten wood and made it look seamless. They even found jewelery from the previous owners hidden behind a loose floorboard and notified us about it so we could give it back to its rightful owner. "Excellent!! Mr. Lee was professional and courteous and provided exceptional service in the time frame he promised. He rescued us from a mistake we made by first using Empire Carpets. Empire gave us excuse after excuse of cancellations and were unable to deliver carpet prior to furniture delivery. Mr. Lee made sure carpet was installed prior to our furniture delivery with only a short period of time to work with saving us a lot of aggravation. We were so pleased we recently used him again to install carpet in our living room and were extremely happy yet again especially with his recommendation to roll the edges for our unique hardwood floor transition, we are so glad we went with his suggestion.
