They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "David and 1 of his workers were kind enough to come to my home to fix my sliding door so it would slide on a Sunday morning. They were back to replace the door on Monday. They were on time, efficient and even replaced the wood facing because the new door didn't fit exactly the same as the old door. "I contacted Wayne Thibodeaux, Jr., of Smart Floors because I needed floor repairs, and a contractor already on Angie's List had recommended him. He came out for an estimate, saw that the repairs would go beyond what he normally provides (carpet/floor installation and minor repair), showed me what the problem was (sagging floor joists), explained what the probable fix would be, and recommended several other outfits for the job. When I received the other estimate and realized that my living room carpet would need to be pulled back for some of these repairs and then restretched, I arranged for Wayne to coordinate with these other workers to do this part of the job.
He and his crew were prompt, efficient, and friendly, and they were careful about moving my fragile furniture. Wayne also answers phone calls and texts promptly, which is an added bonus. He charges $30 for an estimate, but then if he's hired that money is applied to your total bill. If I need carpet or tile installed, I'll definitely call him again."
