"I have three bedrooms with carpet and wanted to install hardwood flooring. I contacted Maria and she responded quickly and efficiently to my phone call. She and her husband, Chris, came out and measured the rooms and gave me a fair estimate a few days later. She also located a vendor with the correct hardwood that had been discontinued a year ago. In the end, my wife decided to leave carpet in the three bedrooms, but I was extremely impressed with how Maria responded to me. If I have a need in the future, I will certainly hire this efficient, detailed and professional team."

"Fabulous! We are extremely pleased with how well our floors look. Leo replaced the thresholds so the floor is even with the carpeted rooms. the stain is updated and looks lovely. We highly recommend Ultimate Flooring. We will hire them again for more work in the future."

"THE PERFECT CONTRACTOR! Installed wood floors in our Lake Norman home, replacing carpeting in bedrooms and stairs. My husband is an extreme perfectionist with home remodeling and usually does the work himself, however he had too many projects going to add another, Marcio and his team are also perfectionists and will be added to the very top of our list for all flooring in future, and referred to all our friends. Prompt, cost conscious, creative, and meticulous. We could not be more pleased! They are the Dream Team for wood flooring!"

"Steven did the repairs and refinishing on our kitchen remodel, he was very meticulous on every detail and didn't cut corners. The job was completed on time and we are very satisfied. Phane Flooring would be our first call for any flooring needs."

"We hired this company to remove carpet from our Master Bedroom and closet and install hardwood to match the existing hardwood in our home.  From estimate to completion we could not have had better service or be more pleased.  They outlined the process and timeline in detail and in writing along with a specific estimate of the project cost.  We had other estimates in which the companies said they would be in and out in 1 day and would match the floor as closely as possible at a much higher cost.  Helms examined our existing hardwood and explained that in order to keep the floor consistent and properly install it,  they would need to bring the wood in and allow it to acclimate for 7 days before beginning the installation  and that it would not be wise to rush the process.  We were anxious to get the floor done but decided to trust the experts and we are so glad that we did.  The final product speaks for itself and it couldn't possibly match any closer.  You would never know the floors were not all installed simultaneously.  They did a spectacular job and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering any type of hardwood flooring project. They know their craft, they deliver what they promise at a reasonable cost. and the quality of their work in phenomenal.  If you need hardwood flooring pick up the phone and call Helms Flooring and you will not be disappointed.
