"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "things went good an was really suprised that any kind of mess was kept to absolute minimum an they cleaned up very well each day before they left my project was a time consuming project but they did there best to get it done in the least amount of time,an when they were finished 1 of the guys even cleaned the floor like he lived here. Bathroom ceramitile we had put on the floor an the custom shower turned out really good,i had an idea on how i wanted it an the installer went over with me how a small change could be less costly then what i was thinking of doing, over all i was very pleased with the work even through the minor hicups we had along the way!!!!"
