"Excellent!! Mr. Lee was professional and courteous and provided exceptional service in the time frame he promised. He rescued us from a mistake we made by first using Empire Carpets. Empire gave us excuse after excuse of cancellations and were unable to deliver carpet prior to furniture delivery. Mr. Lee made sure carpet was installed prior to our furniture delivery with only a short period of time to work with saving us a lot of aggravation.
