"We selected DCAL construction from the Homeadvisor listing. The job involved sheetrocking and painting ceilings of three bed rooms, fixing the attic closet flooring that was affected by a water leak and bathroom tile work to fix a leak. Our primary worker was Andy and he had help from Dominick and Tony for some of the work. Andy's cost estimate for the work in the beginning was reasonable given some of the uncertainties we had and we adjusted the price based on what was actually needed as we went along. He is mindful of cost overruns and checked with us each time before we committed. Andy is fun to work with. He is very conscientious, meticulous and proud of his work. Over a period of three weeks we planned together and carried out all the repairs, sometimes on Saturdays or Sundays. We are very happy with the quality of the work and appreciate the passion Andy brings to his job. We intend to use DCAL for other renovations in the near future."

"After having my existing floors refinished very poorly by another company, I knew I would not be using them to sand and stain brand new unfinished hardwood that I had installed in the rest of my house. I had called Sal based on a recommendation from a contractor. He came to my house the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate shortly after he left. He was very responsive and easily reachable for any questions I had before and during the work. His crew was neat, effective and did a beautiful job on my new floors. My only regret is not calling Sal sooner and hiring him for the first job. I would highly recommend him and his company and I plan on using them to redo the terrible job that was done on my other floors. "
