"Let me start by saying that I had multiple bids on my painting project. I chose Shining Star Painting because he was on time, very
knowledgeable and took the time to explain what his team would be doing and the type of paint that they use. The other companies seem to fall short in these areas. Pricing was also very fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. This was an 8 room, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home and included walls, ceilings, trim, doors, closets and kitchen cabinets. Needless to say it was a big project.

I met Pablo on a Thursday and had his detailed estimate in writing by Thursday evening. We discussed a few additions to the job at the beginning and even in the middle and Pablo was quick to respond and revise his scope of work as needed.

During our initial meeting, I stressed the importance of scheduling the work to be started as soon as possible. His team started on the following Monday. They arrived early morning every day until the project was completed. They even showed up ready to work in the middle of a Norâ Easter snow storm. Pablo stayed in contact throughout the job and was always available to answer my questions any time of day.

We couldnâ t be more satisfied with the work that was completed. The Shining Star Painting team went above and beyond to ensure that all surfaces were sanded smooth, holes repaired, seams caulked and the home left clean. We met Pablo for a final walkthru upon completion as he wanted to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We couldnâ t be any more
