After dealing with several companies over the past 7 months I contacted Cheryl and she came out and did an estimate to refinish the floors. The other company was going to do the hardwood replacement but they backed out at the last minute. I called Cheryl back and she updated the quote. Larry and all the guys are Floor Pro are awesome.  They truly are "Pros."  They are on time, every time and always communicate with us.  They have clean trucks, new equipment and are always friendly and happy to see us.  They also clean the floor in our bathroom.  The whole office is refreshed and clean when they leave.  They don't push products and really listen to address our needs.
