"We initially needed to have porcelain tile installed in our basement after having to remove carpet due to water damage. Joseph Schei of Advanced Flooring Design gave us a very fair quote that included the removal of old carpet glue, moving heavy furniture and appliances, and giving us peace of mind that this tile would allow us to move forward with confidence that our basement would be clean and safe again. It turned out beautiful...he did a great job and we love it! Joseph is professional and very detail oriented. We loved it so much that we had him come back to do the hard wood floor replacement on the main level, and also vinyl plank installation in the kitchen and bathroom. I am so happy with all the work he did! I can't recommend him enough! 5 stars and A+ from us!"

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
