The carpet was done well, but the team to do the baseboard for the same room showed up after the carpet was put down and all furniture replaced. Definite opportunity for improvement. "I had requested an inspection at a home I was purchasing. I was given a price of $200 for the inspection. After the inspection I get a call telling me about their findings, but was told they did not test the upstairs of the house because that would be another $200. I was never told $200 was only for one floor and they never asked me anything about the house with the exception of the address and how to get into the home for testing. I could not say much at that point because my inspection period was ending on the house I was trying to purchase. Not a great experience on my end."
