They took care to mask off cabinetry and carpeted rooms so that dust was kept to a minimum. They put most of their time into the prep -- stripping old finish, filling gaps, sanding everything smooth. The new finish went on clear and smooth after that. George paid close attention to everything from start to finish, and his team worked diligently to get everything right the first time. Thank you!"

I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."

"Mike is a hard worker with the customers satisfaction his highest priority. He is flexible with his work hours and does a beautiful job on wood floors. He added new wood floors to existing wood floors and changed the stairs from carpet to wood. We are very happy with the end result. The floors actually came out better than we anticipated. His pricing is fair and his skill is advanced. Ours was a very large job and he never got stressed out or appeared to be rushing. We would hire him again and we do recommend him to others looking to have their wood floors added to and refinished."
