"David and Loren did an excellent job! We are thrilled with our floors in our new home as they are gorgeous! We have high standards for quality service and David and Loren definitely impressed us and met our highest standards. Our project had some complications as we discovered once the carpet was removed in our family room that the sub floor was bad had to be torn up and a new one put in. David and Loren were not flustered but rather went out bought new wood, tore up the old floor and put in a new floor, adding two additional days to the project. They took out an old radiator, patched in the floor and put in quarter rounds and baseboards. Their work ethic was stellar. Each day they arrived on time or early, stayed late and communicated with us throughout the process. They are perfectionists and professionals through and through. Prior to deciding on a company I read through many reviews and no other business had the high reviews of Illi Hardwood Flooring. I'd recommend them to anyone with great enthusiasm. Look no further."

"We called John Nash around 9 am, and he arrived at our house about 3 hours later. He explained that our carpet was delaminating, so he needed to stretch it with the tools he had in his van. We had a carpet bubbling problem, and he fixed that, too. He was here on time, diagnosed and fixed our carpet problem in about an hour. We’ll definitely use him again."

Initially, when other contractors didn’t think the flooring could be done as requested, or with weeks delay, and not letting me source the material, Filipp came in right away, gave the estimate and was ready to work. They removed all carpeting and installed bamboo flooring throughout the house, including stair cases. The install went well, finishing on time, despite some logistic and install challenges."

"The outcome ended up wonderful! I got 4 bids for the job and Metro Floors fell in the middle of the quotes and I am thrilled I went with Metro Floors. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and after the new tile in the master bath shower was installed I did not like how one of the stone tiles looked. It was not related to the installation but to the imperfection in the natural stone tile itself. I requested they replace that stone tile with a different piece. They said no problem, tore out the piece in question and replaced it at no additional cost - that is first class customer satisfaction! He did an excellent job of communicating, which is very important to us. This was true when he scheduled a plumber & electrician for the bathroom, as well. Ours was a complete bathroom remodel & Brian paid attention to all of the details —flooring, shower, soaking tub, vanity, mirror & lighting. If there were unanticipated decisions to be made, he always asked us before moving forward. We encountered several setbacks for materials that were NO fault of Brian’s, which delayed the completion of the bathroom, but he continued to maintain his high standard of skills & workmanship.
