"I highly recommend Richard from Tomahawk flooring. I hired them to do carpet installation at a rental property in Westbrook. Lowe’s ended up losing the carpeting I had purchased a few weeks prior and delivered other very inferior carpeting instead. Richard was able to secure new high quality carpeting for me the next day and sold it to me at a fair price. They completed a tricky installation (large odd-shaped room with 2 closets as well as a winding staircase) quickly and professionally. Joshua explained options of repair vs. new installation, and I ultimately opted for the new install. Job included old tile demo/removal and install. "Good experience having Renaissance refinish our hardwood floors. Dan was polite, knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, and explained the whole process involved to do the job. Over the years the dogs had really worn the floors out making them dull and discolored. In the end he made them look beautiful and new again. We took his advice to plastic off areas where we didn't want dust. And he still gave the surrounding rooms a vacuum and dusting, going above and beyond."
