"I had requested an inspection at a home I was purchasing. I was given a price of $200 for the inspection. After the inspection I get a call telling me about their findings, but was told they did not test the upstairs of the house because that would be another $200. I was never told $200 was only for one floor and they never asked me anything about the house with the exception of the address and how to get into the home for testing. I could not say much at that point because my inspection period was ending on the house I was trying to purchase. Not a great experience on my end."

"I talked to them in depth before selecting them to do one of my rugs.   I also visited their facility.   I delivered the rug to them on Feb 23 after getting an estimate on the phone (based on my measurements).  It was done in one week, and since I had just had surgery and couldn't drive for 3 weeks, he offered to deliver it for me, which was a nice touch (even though he had given me the 20% discount mentioned above).  The only other place I researched (also on Angie's List) was Passion of Persia.  See my evaluation of this place.  The rug was wonderfully cleaned by Airloom, so I gave them another rug to do.  They told me a third rug really didn't need to be cleaned, which I thought was another sign of their honesty.  Definitely a trustworthy place that will handle your fine oriental carpets with care.  They also do Navajo rugs."
