They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. After researching online how difficult it is to install carpet well, I decided to source a professional. I submit a request for quote online at around 7PM on a Saturday evening, and Jody reached out to me within minutes to schedule an appointment next-day on Sunday at 10am. The install crew was incredibly punctual - I received a knock at my door at exactly the 10am start time. They had the carpet padding installed in less than 30 minutes. We discovered during carpet installation that the carpet I received from Home Depot was not cut to proper length (turned out to be a mixture of a factory defect roll and bad consulting) so I discussed options with Potteiger. They were able to source a higher quality carpet for a comparable price. Incredibly, they were out the next day on Monday morning with the new better carpet and finished the install promptly.
