"The seam where they replaced the carpet is more noticeable than I expected but maybe that is normal. Also, the installer, Tony, did not notice that the replacement carpet piece had a blue mfg mark and had to cut it so that now it has two seams rather than one. The extra seam is behind the bedroom door and not normally noticeable but a true pro would not have made that mistake. The installer had to work with a remnant I had left over from the original installation back in April, 2017."

"pleased with the carpet & service"

"Excellent work , thorough , talks you through the process !!!"

"Kyle from American Ambassador did such a great job! He is such a hard worker and got the job done right . He’s very reliable and was on time at the exact time he said he would be there to begin working. My LVP was broken and split in several places due to an un-level subfloor. He was able to strip the old flooring, fix the subfloor, and lay down the new LVP to make it look brand new. I’d highly recommend American Ambassador for your flooring or home repair needs!"

"These guys are the best in the business! Very affordable and very professional. Definitely won't use any other company ever again. Money well spent!"

"Curtis and his team were great. The floor looks great, and he saved me money while getting a higher quality product."
