"Tina Hawk came out for the estimate. They charge for labor and the customer buys the supplies. Tina drove us to the tile store and we selected and purchased our tile. Tony Hawk installed the tile. He had to remove the old first. Our entry way is roughly 4 feet by 15 feet. Tina suggested we rim the tile for a finished look. That was a good idea because the new tile was just a hair higher than the old. The rim gives it a nice finish. Tony used matching caulk to finish the edge and you can barely tell it wasn't the original flooring.

"I talked with Greg Garrison, one of the owners, over the phone about the type of tile I liked, and he brought out a few boards (since I do not live close to Avon). I absolutely loved one of the tile selections for the floor! He had really tracked exactly what I was looking for. I bought the shower tile from another vendor because I had already chosen these. Greg promptly gave me a quote for the floor tile, and for the installation of the floor and shower tile. I made the downpayment. His company began the work on the exact date they said they would. He came out periodically to check on the work, and talk with me to see how things were going. He gave me pointers on grout selection and sealers. The installer was a true artisan. My shower and floor are gorgeous! Greg is a very nice person, is primarily concerned with the customer being satisfied, sells quality products, and hires professional installers. There were many times I was not at home when they were working, and I felt comfortable. This is not normal for me. Ours was not an easy installation. As often happens, there were some unforeseen contingencies. Nevertheless, he stuck with his original estimate, was courteous, and apologetic for any delays or inconveniences, even if they were not his fault. I give this company my highest recommendation."

"Jose did a great job on our flooring installation. We have a new construction that had carpet in the living room, and we wanted vinyl flooring instead. Jose removed the 3-year-old carpet and installed the vinyl flooring. He did a great job! We plan to use him again in the near future to do the same to our den once we receive the flooring shipment!"

The other people that we checked with wanted $1,000.00 to do the work, then they were willing to come down to $700.00. I told them I wasn't going to use them, and then went with Superior Marble. "Got on Angi's: Wanted Glass Shower Door Unit installed on Tub. 20 minutes after submitted for help - Matt texted and ask when good time to stop by. I Said in morning, anytime after 9 am. I called Matt next morning, about 9 am - we talked and Matt said could be over in 15-20 minutes (and he was). Matt noticed: Tub had lean. Long story short: More we tore into things, the worse it got !! With Matt's advice (and his co-worker Brad) - ended up: removed Cast Iron Tub, reinforced sidewall studs & base plate, reinsulated, replaced subfloor & interior walls around tub. THEN: Installed new tub & surround. Of course, existing water lines had to be relocated !! Numerous small hurdles came up (during all this). Been hard not to lose patience. Matt & Brad never got upset, were never negative. They'd figure situations out, share info with me & share what they planned to do - to fix it. Not once, did Matt or Brad not include me, regarding any significant repair needing done. Not once, did Matt or Brad complain. After new shower & tub installed - they were finally able to install Glass Shower Door Unit !! Did a wonderful job !! Brad even reinstalled Laminate Flooring that had to be torn up (when replaced subflooring). Matt's work was detailed & proper. He not a "Corner Cutter" - yet, he knows how to do things (that save you money). Matt talked with me about work to be done: before, during & after. We also talked about money: before, during & after. There were no suprises. Matt and Brad are true to their word. Bottom Line: If need help on project in future: Matt will be my 1st call. And I hope Brad still working with him. Good Team !!"
