"Jon's business was brought in by my contractor who was working under an insurance policy claim. This was back in August 2024. The floors were redone after water damage. By November 2024 the floors did not seem right and Jon came back out with the contractor. It was decided that we would wait until spring to see how the floors leveled out post winter. By April, things were not better and Jon came back out. It was decided to redo the area that had continued moisture issues (which was not Jon's fault). However, at this time there was an issue with the manufacturer's polyurethane, and the section they were trying to redo did not match the rest of the floor. Jon did not hesitate to redo the entire floor so that it matched. Didn't even try to get out of that....just did it. I hardly ever leave comments on contractors, and you can see I waited a year to leave this one. But my floor still looks awesome. My guess is, if you hire this guy, he's going to take care of you."

They removed all carpeting and installed bamboo flooring throughout the house, including stair cases. The install went well, finishing on time, despite some logistic and install challenges."
