His team of professionals were honest, courteous and responsive and repaired my home in less than three weeks! Their prices were reasonable and their carpentry work exquisite! HCCFR’s carpet is so luxurious and their pad is so thick and excellent quality. All of their work has a warranty. Additionally, Matt Warsinger negotiated with my insurance company for a full recovery of all my damages! He was very responsive and professional, performed an inspection and said he could do the job, gave me a fair price, and explained to me everything the previous company did wrong and what he would do to fix it. I was justifiably skeptical but trusted him to do the work. Carlos completed the job in 1 and 1/2 days; he was clean and quiet, protected everything from the dust and cleaned up when he was done. He kept me informed throughout the process. The finished product was Superb! The re-staining he did was a perfect match to the rest of the floor. "Floors turns out wonderfully! It took 6 days and then they were completely done. We got a POD as they requested all surfaces be cleaned off. They moved the furniture around. I do believe it would’ve been easier and less time consuming if we had placed our large furniture in storage as well and then not stay in the home. Get an Airbnb or hotel room. Someone does need to stay on property while they were working. Overall, very pleased with the work and experience with Express Flooring!"
