"Very professional, took his time and did a great job. Fixed my carpet issue and will be calling him in the future. Has my recommendation."

"The sales rep, Eian, did a great job of explaining what Refloor "does". That night, Saturday, we decided to have them replace our carpet. The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. We believe that the amazing results are well worth the premium price."

"We had searched for the right person do our wood floors. Then we met Dave and his crew. Dave is a Pro's pro. He is meticulous about his work. He is a craftsman of floors. Along with his son Adam and Uriah they are an AMAZING team. The floors are beautiful and all I do is dust mop them. Today I washed them with a little Murphy soap and I once again saw his craftsmanship. We picked him when I told my husband when someone can put their name on the company title they must be good .My husband is a perfectionist and he smiled as they worked. We are still smiling. If you want a company that you can trust. Kelco is the one! From the first phone call to Stephanie and her great customer service and always responded to all our questions... to the finish product. Dave, Adam and Uriah thank you for your hard work, your beautiful floors and for showing respect for us and our home. Thank you Beverly for checking on the crew and bakery for all of us. "Had flooring installed in January 2024. Came to home on time and did an excellent job. Polite workers, and cleaned up when they left. Should I need flooring again, would call again and definitely recommend them to anyone."

"The floor polyurethane coat was a good job. But I had them sand out some scratches on my steps and the color they put down was very uneven, lot of stain got on the wood trim next to the steps, you can also see their sanding marks on the steps. So my steps look like my kids stained them not a professional. I havent contacted them yet to complain, but I will."

"Moses was professional and his approach from start to finish. He is a meticulous and highly communicative individual. He took on a big project for us and completed it with complete distinction. His attention to detail was clear and he was a pleasure to work with every step along the way. He has a very high level of skill and carpentry. He did a complete tear out of a floor, subfloor, and deteriorating foundation and joists. The outcome was a complete delight to us. We recommend him without reservation."
