Joseph Schei of Advanced Flooring Design gave us a very fair quote that included the removal of old carpet glue, moving heavy furniture and appliances, and giving us peace of mind that this tile would allow us to move forward with confidence that our basement would be clean and safe again. It turned out beautiful...he did a great job and we love it! Joseph is professional and very detail oriented. We loved it so much that we had him come back to do the hard wood floor replacement on the main level, and also vinyl plank installation in the kitchen and bathroom. I am so happy with all the work he did! I can't recommend him enough! 5 stars and A+ from us!"

I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
