David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled.

Attention to detail was lacking in some areas; multiple areas weren’t sanded uniformly so we now have unevenness in floors in a couple of places. Baseboards were put back poorly. Communication was great at first but then went downhill; we weren’t told the color we wanted was more and very different from what was in the quote."
