"We hired this company to remove carpet from our Master Bedroom and closet and install hardwood to match the existing hardwood in our home.  From estimate to completion we could not have had better service or be more pleased.  They outlined the process and timeline in detail and in writing along with a specific estimate of the project cost.  We had other estimates in which the companies said they would be in and out in 1 day and would match the floor as closely as possible at a much higher cost.  Helms examined our existing hardwood and explained that in order to keep the floor consistent and properly install it,  they would need to bring the wood in and allow it to acclimate for 7 days before beginning the installation  and that it would not be wise to rush the process.  We were anxious to get the floor done but decided to trust the experts and we are so glad that we did.  The final product speaks for itself and it couldn't possibly match any closer.  You would never know the floors were not all installed simultaneously.  They did a spectacular job and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering any type of hardwood flooring project. He listened to what we didn't like about our current carpet and directed us to the perfect carpet for us. He gave us samples to bring home to make final color selection. Tim sent THE BEST crew to do our install. My husband and I were very nervous, given our prior experience with another company. But Miguel and his team showed up ahead of schedule and were extremely professional. The best word I can think of to describe them is "artists". They did an outstanding job and far exceeded our expectations. We were so grateful for the overall experience dealing with Tim, Miguel and his crew.
