They were stained and finished on site, and Mark and his team completed the project in a very timely manner. "The team did a great job on the floors we had installed (hardwood flooring, tile, and carpet runner). The real issue was in the coordination and project management. It seemed that we could not get everyone on the same page with the timing of the various activities. Understanding that they and many other contractors are stretched thin right now, we were living day-to-day not certain who would show up or when they would be done. Better communications would have helped everyone. In the end, the work was completed and done very well. One additional note, they do not do design consultations, so make sure you know what you want and the materials you are going to use. We had to make a change on the fly because of how things came together. Get Flooring was accommodating, but it did cause some confusion."
