"I spoke to Jerry some time during late 2017 but I delayed my project. Because I liked the information we discussed then I called him back a couple of weeks ago and had him come out to complete my project. "TLC were very responsive, professional, friendly and did a amazing job on my 25 year old carpet and wool area rugs. I had initially hired them to just do the Stairway and landing but they did such a great job cleaning that area I immediately booked them again to do all of the upstairs rooms. My old carpet never looked so new as it did after TLC cleaned them. Great job."

"Install was fine. Quality of work was good. Guys did not clean up after job was completed.
I had to call them back out . They came next day and finished cleaning up. Overall great job and floors look great!
