We particularly appreciate that they took on a job that had been stopped soon after its kickoff, as help from flooring specialists was really needed. The installation crew led by Raul did a great job at removing old carpet, leveling the concrete floor, installing the luxury vinyl floor plus new baseboards and kitchen toe kicks and cleaning up. The crew members were very punctual, professional and among the most hard-working people that we've ever seen, covering around 1,500 sq ft of a complicated layout in less than 3 days. They helped us to move heavy appliances back to the kitchen when the job was completed although that was not required by the work agreement. The new floor looks awesome. My wife and I strongly recommend Carol Services to anyone interested in having a new floor professionally installed."

"I had simply hardwood floor, LLC refurbish the almost 100 Year oak floor that had been under carpet for the last 40 years. Richard the owner explained that the orangish redish color that the oak showed would turn out very light after it was sanded and that he wouldn't recommend staining it. I simply followed his advice. I cannot emphasize enough the high level of craftsmanship and quality of his work. His prices were incredibly reasonable. You will be well served to use this company. He was on time, reliable and a pleasure to work with The flours came out Amazing including several areas he had to repair completely. I would give him 10 Stars if I could."
