"Can’t say enough about how great our experience was with Stepan. He was professional, efficient, timely and communicated well. We needed carpet replaced with vinyl floors in two bedrooms. Stepan and Eli took out the carpets (also hauled to the dump), cleaned the floors and put in the vinyl planks with door transitions within 5 1/2 hrs. Looks really great. We could not be happier."

"I liked the personal touch. The bid process was easy, reasonable, and informative. I liked all the people from meeting the owners in person and the flooring crew. They did a great job, were done in the amount of time predicted on the day they were scheduled and seemed to work well together. I thought they liked working as a team. The floors look stunning!!!"

"Steve did a great job putting in subfloor and laying LVP throughout three bedrooms and two bathrooms. He had the experience for removing the plumbing and troubleshooting a little bit there. The project came out looking great. Below are some pictures. I would highly recommend him for the future."

He only charges for the hours he works or sticks to the quote he gave us. He made sure we were happy with his craftsmanship. We were so pleased with his work, we trusted him enough to referred him to our Real Estate clients and they were thrilled with his work. He moved to Coeur de Alene and these clientsâ  family is begging him to come back to boise to do a job for them! The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
Generally, you should leave a three quarter inch expansion space around the perimeter of your flooring. But this expansion should not affect your square footage measurements
It usually takes one to two days to complete vinyl sheet flooring installation. Your installation may require an extra day or two if you live in a humid climate.
