"The owner Kenny was the actual person to come out and do our estimate. He was honest, professional and courteous. It was refreshing compared to the other salesman that gave us estimates. One of our bedroom carpets had wrinkles in it and was slightly stained. He told us not to waste our money; he stretched it and cleaned it. He also installed a new carpet in another bedroom and a set of stairs-they both came out absolutely fantastic!! He worked on the price with us and even helped by referring us to another company we needed for other work. It was a pleasure to work with him and his company; we highly recommend him to anyone looking for any flooring needs."

"I called Eagle to inquire about redoing our living room floor. We were on a tight schedule as we had painters and furniture arriving within two weeks. Thiago provided an estimate the same day and put us on his schedule the same week. The workers were courteous, neat and professional. They had to move an upright piano out of and back into the space and were able to move it without damaging the floor or piano. The floor came out beautiful. No more ugly pet stains. I had called Sal based on a recommendation from a contractor. He came to my house the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate shortly after he left. Empire gave us excuse after excuse of cancellations and were unable to deliver carpet prior to furniture delivery. Mr. Lee made sure carpet was installed prior to our furniture delivery with only a short period of time to work with saving us a lot of aggravation.
