"Guy was so amazing in helping us refinish our floors - after another company couldn't finish the job right. Communication was excellent, as was timeliness, setting and meeting expectations of the job, and the floors look perfect! Highly recommend."

"The workers that did my kitchen floor were very professional. They walked me thru each and every detail of my kitchen floor. The floor came out beautiful. I highly recommend Bay Carpet and Flooring to anyone who needs to repair and restore your flooring. 🤩"

"We pulled old carpeting up and had issues with the old floor beneath. They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. We literally had no dust to speak of afterward. Great guys - we recommend them wholeheartedly!"

"Had a great experience with Hamptons Carpet One Floor & Home. Our salesman, John Benzie, was excellent—knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy. The crew removed our old carpet, prepped and leveled the subfloors, and installed LVP and new trim with great workmanship. The floors look fantastic. Highly recommend!"

"They were able to turnaround the work quickly from initial discussion, which took place on a Friday. Confirmation of work on Monday and actual project work on Tuesday. They fully completed repair and refinishing of 1 room in 1 day and the floor has never looked better. They replaced multiple broken boards, sanded the entire floor, restained the entire floor and cleaned up behind themselves. This was a great, quick, high quality project at a reasonable price."

"I had Showplace Flooring install carpet in two bedrooms. They were affordable and quick. Would highly recommend."

"We recently hired Ontario Wood Flooring to refinish the floor in our soon to be nursery. Adam was a great communicator. His crew was prompt, super clean and the work was beautiful. We were so impressed that we just hired them to finish the rest of the first floor!"

"The crew of brothers hardwood and their work are amazing. They cared and worked on my house as if it was their house. My house was built in 1929 the floors were painted and carpeted over the years never cared for properly since they were put down. The old beat up floors and steps now look brand new. I highly recommend brothers floorong for your toughest job."

"Ross and his team did a fantastic job! I had water damage to my existing basement floor and was in a time crunch to repair. Ross came in for an estimate the day I reached out to him, explained what the issue was and came up with a plan to repair the issue and replace the floor with product appropriate for basement. They showed up on time, did excellent work, gave a fair price and did a great clean up when the job was completed. I am very happy with the new floor and have already recommended them to my family!"

"I am so happy with my floors. Marcin and his coworker spent 3 days removing carpeting, sanding, and beautifully finishing our white oak flooring. The floors look brand new and we couldn’t be happier. They were meticulous and clean. Marcin is a true craftsman. Beautiful job guys! Thank you."
