"Dave was very professional and very reasonable. I asked him to quote a vinyl tile pull out and to install new vinyl tile in the basement. I would have hired him but my plans changed but I will hire him in the future. I can't remember how large the basement floor is (maybe 1300 sq ft/my house is 2500 sq ft). There is a furnace room, bathroom, pantry under the stairs, laundry room, storage room, and the main area with a lot of nooks and crannies involved."
