"We hired this company to remove carpet from our Master Bedroom and closet and install hardwood to match the existing hardwood in our home.  From estimate to completion we could not have had better service or be more pleased.  They outlined the process and timeline in detail and in writing along with a specific estimate of the project cost.  We had other estimates in which the companies said they would be in and out in 1 day and would match the floor as closely as possible at a much higher cost.  Helms examined our existing hardwood and explained that in order to keep the floor consistent and properly install it,  they would need to bring the wood in and allow it to acclimate for 7 days before beginning the installation  and that it would not be wise to rush the process.  We were anxious to get the floor done but decided to trust the experts and we are so glad that we did.  The final product speaks for itself and it couldn't possibly match any closer.  You would never know the floors were not all installed simultaneously.  They did a spectacular job and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering any type of hardwood flooring project. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
