"Everything went as planned. The came on time, cleaned up afterward, and even patched a crack that wasn’t part of the original contract. Didn’t even ask them; they offered. Super happy with the result. I’d hire them again."

"FANTASTIC !!!! Pinpoint was an absolute pleasure - I hope I have future projects that I can call Alex for. He was very precise and careful in his work and ALWAYS implemented the way I wanted even as I made changes on the fly necessitating modifications and more materials. He also understands building codes and explained clearly so that we would not run into city permit problems. He was energetic and worked quickly - achieving a tremendous amount in a short time. Alex demonstrating that he knew how to bid the project properly, was diligent, and always communicated clearly. "We've had a handful of unsatisfying contractor experiences, so we tend to be a bit skeptical but our experience with Terra Firma set a new bar for us. Highly professional from start to finish. Initial consult was thorough, and didn't add on anything we didn't ask for or need. When they were working at the house the crew was prompt, professional, left the jobsite clean each day. Final result was exactly what we were expecting. Worth the investment, don't go with the lowest bidder on your foundation, it's not worth it. Thank you Terra Firma crew!"
