"I had severe foundation water damage to my kitchen walls & flooring. My house sits on a hill so kitchen is partially underground. It all seemed quite hopeless to fix, but from the salesman to the crew they reassured me & were never in doubt! They completed the work in 3 days. Now itâ s dry as a bone! I was also very impressed with the cleanup after!"

"I highly recommend DryTech for basement foundation repair. Steve Lombardi was amazing! He walked me through the repairs I needed, educated me on the process and was able to schedule the repairs quickly. On the scheduled day for the repairs, the team (Carlos, Alex and Derek) arrived on time. They were very professional and worked quickly. They had to dig up my front and side yard to get to the repairs. After the job was completed (only took 1 day) you cannot tell they were there! They did such a great job on putting everything back in the correct place (including bushes, landscaping lights and mulch) it looks like nothing was done. I could not be happier that I selected DryTech for the job. Do yourself a favor do not waste time looking around- hire the best!"

"Colt’s property service has done multiple projects for me and has done a good job with all of them. Most recently he regraded underneath my deck. And replaced the old footings. It was very tight and tricky to get a machine in, but he managed with no problems. Would definitely recommend going forward."

"Called Jeff after I talked with and met with 2 of the big name companies. Jeff came to give me a quote on time when promised. After looking over my job, He explained what work needed to be done and what was not needed,. Fix the source of the problem and don't waste money on work that don't need to be done is what Jeff told me. Glad I listened to him. Jeff and his crew came on a Saturday finished in 1 day. Job was done neatly and crew was very professional!"
