"The team leader, Steven and his crew are true professionals and second to none! When they arrived Steven took the time to explain the process for the repair and ensured that I clearly understood how it was going to be accomplished. I'm very impressed with the communication between Steven and his crew, each team member is very skilled in their craft. Upon completion of the repair, Steven walked around to ensure I was completely satisfied with the workmanship. They left the area around my home spotless! I would recommend Baird Foundation Repair to family and friends! If anyone has a requirement for Foundation Repair I highly recommend giving Baird Foundation a call. Thanks again to Steven, his team and Baird Foundation for the outstanding work!"

"After unsatisfactory experiences with other foundation companies, Foundation King did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job as scheduled. We were extremely happy with the work they did!"

"Great experience with a very professional crew. The work of fixing my front sidewalk and driveway was completed quickly, on time, and looks great now! Thanks to Jackie and Ryan, who did the repair work. They were friendly, efficient, and quickly completed all the work needing to be done. They answered all my questions. I would go to Baird Foundation Repair without hesitation for any future foundation or concrete work, if the need develops. I'll be recommending Baird to all of my neighbors and friends. Oh, and the cost of the work being done actually came in a little under what I was expecting, which was a very nice surprise!"

"They started a week later than scheduled but the end result was worth the wait."

"If you have a leaky basement or are thinking about building a new house with a basement, don’t even consider using anyone except Willie and The Basement Kings. We rebuilt a lake house in 2012 that was destroyed in a wildfire, and the walkout basement flooded every spring. The builder spent thousands of dollars trying to fix it, but it flooded eight times in five years. I found The Basement Kings on Angie’s List, and Willie met me at the lake house the next day. He thoroughly inspected the basement and told me exactly what the problems were and how to fix them. Willie has an impeccable work ethic. He and his crew finished their work today. We have a lifetime guarantee that the basement will stay dry. He took photos of the work every day and texted them to my husband. It was hard, tedious, dirty work, but Willie takes pride in doing the job right, and his price was fair for the amount of work and materials involved. This guy eats, sleeps and dreams about basements. SO glad we hired him. You will be too!"

"Both jobs went well and we haven't had any problems with either.  My house was sinking such that items would roll right off my dining table.  Streem took care of it for a very fair price, cleaned up after the job, and told us we had a lifetime guarantee.  Mark Treen, owner and hands-on operator meant it.  He's great and runs a great company.  We have a house with a flat roof.  We had the roof repaired multiple times to no avail , then we contacted Mark Streem  for a roofer recommendation. He came by our house the next day, assessed the roof, and told us about a new product he'd been working with.  It's a spray on foam and it is fabulous. The roof is great, the house is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter...great insulator.  Mark is amazing! From foundations to roofs and everything in between. Great service, product, and price."
